We will be sending the backup file to you which you can restore in your computer. The name of the backup file includes the date on which the accounts are updated hence you can identify which is the most recent backup file.

Yes, one dedicated professional will be working for you and we prepare the guidance notes for all the accounts which are maintained so that in case of person assigned your job is on leave or on vacation then other person can take the charge and update the accounts.
